骨桥蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective To explore the expression and significance of osteopontin(OPN) and metalloproteinase-2 ( MMP-2) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Immunohistoche-mistry was used to detect the expressions of OPN and MMP-2 in 70 cases with NSCLC and 11 cases of normal lung tissues. Survival analysis was performed statistically to reaveal the relationship between the expressions of OPN and MMP-2 in NSCLC and the clinicopathologic characteristics. Results The positive expression rates of OPN and MMP-2 in NSCLC were 64. 29% and 52. 86%, respectively, which were higher than 27. 27% and 18. 18% in the normal lung tissues(P<0. 05). The protein expressions of OPN and MMP-2 were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages (P<0. 05). OPN was also correlated with histological classification (P<0. 05 ). OPN and MMP-2 would be the negative factors for evaluating prognosis. OPN was positively correlated to MMP-2. Conclusion OPN and MMP-2 are overexpressed in NSCLC. The positive expressions of OPN and MMP-2 in NSCLC predict a poor prognosis.%目的 探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义.方法 免疫组化检测70例NSCLC和11例正常肺组织中OPN和MMP-2的表达,并分析OPN和MMP-2的表达与NSCLC临床病理特征及患者生存时间之间的关系.结果 OPN和MMP-2在NSCLC中表达阳性率分别为64.29％和52.86％,在正常肺组织中表达阳性率分别为27.27％和18.18％.NSCLC中OPN和MMP-2表达显著高于正常组织(P＜0.05).OPN和MMP-2的表达率与患者的淋巴结转移、TNM分期有密切关系；OPN表达还与患者组织学类型有关(P＜0.05).OPN和MMP-2为负性预后因子；OPN和MMP-2呈正相关.结论 OPN和MMP-2在NSCLC中高表达,OPN和MMP-2阳性表达提示预后不良.
