耐低温弱光结球甘蓝种质资源评价

     

摘要

A total of seventy nine cabbage ( Brassica oleracea var. Capitata ) germplasm resources were screened in Xuhuai district of Jiangsu province for their tolerance to low temperature and weak light for facility culture. Based on their biological traits in greenhouse, eight materials prone to premature bolting, six susceptible to diseases ( S78 was also bolting) , two late-maturing, two having more outer leaves, and three with outer leaves out weighing head by 50%, were eliminated, which added up to twenty materials. The photosynthetic capacities of the rest fifty nine germplasm resources were evaluated. The photosynthetic rates (Pn) of S2 and S3 were the highest, and the S27 was the lowest. The Pn and intercellular CO2 concentration ( Ci) of S11 were the lowest, indicating its photosynthetic capacity was below average. S26 showed the slowest transpiration rate (Tr) but the highest water use efficiency. The correlation analysis revealed that Pn made the most contribution to biological yield, follwed by Tr, Ci, and Gs in turn.%为了筛选适宜在冬春低温弱光设施条件下栽培的结球甘蓝种质资源,选取了79份种质材料,在江苏省徐淮地区进行了筛选和评价。通过调查田间生物学性状,剔除掉20份材料,其中包括8份先期抽薹的材料、6份抗病性差的材料(材料S78既抗病性差又先期抽薹)、2份熟性偏晚的材料、2份外叶数偏多的材料和3份外叶质量超过球质量50%的材料。随后对剩余59份材料进行了光合生理指标分析。分析结果表明:材料S2和S3光合能力最强,S27光合能力最弱;S11净光合速率( Pn )和胞间CO2浓度( Ci )都最小,光合能力低于平均水平;S26蒸腾速率( Tr )最小,对水分的利用率最高。光合生理指标之间及其与生物学产量的相关性分析结果表明,不同材料4个光合生理指标[ Pn、气孔导度( Gs )、Tr、Ci ]之间的相关性存在较大差异,总体来说,对生物产量的影响大小依次为Pn>Tr>Ci>Gs。
