基于B/S架构的小区物业管理系统开发

摘要

随着社会的不断进步，小区的物业管理现代化水平与群众的关系日益密切.通过对小区物业管理系统的功能目标和功能需求进行分析，给出了在B/S模式基础上，通过.NET平台并采用ADO.NET技术来开发小区物业管理信息系统的具体方法.该系统开发采用了基于B/S模式的三层架构Web应用体系，因而系统功能完备，可以满足小区物业日常工作需求以及用户的各种需求%　　With the progress of the modern society, the relations between the community property management modernization level and the masses are increasingly close. By analyzing the functional aims and functional requirements of the system, ADO.NET technology is adopted for the development of the community property management system on the .NET platform based on B/S mode. Due to the adoption of B/S three-layer Web application architecture for the system development, the system has complete functions, which meets the needs of daily community management and the users.
