国内外智慧城市建设人才开发的经验借鉴

摘要

分析了国外智慧城市人才开发的经验，研究了国内先发城市智慧城市建设人才开发的实践，并总结了值得我国智慧城市建设人才开发的借鉴要点。以期望对于开发与构建智慧城市建设人才队伍，保障智慧城市建设具有一定的价值。%The talent development experience of foreign intelligence urbans is analyzed. The development practice of city construction talents domestic ifrst-mover smart cities is studied. The reference points worth learning in talent development for urban construction are summed up. It is expected that the study has a certain value for developing the smart city construction talents and supporting the smart city construction.
