基于IMB模型的护理策略对PICC患者换药依从性干预效果的影响

摘要

目的 探讨和分析基于IMB模型的护理策略对PICC患者换药依从性干预效果的影响.方法 选择2017年1月至2018年12月期间在本院首次PICC进行化疗的患者98例,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组50例和对照组48例,对照组采用一般常规护理,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用基于IMB模型的护理策略,并分别对两组患者的换药依从情况、并发症情况及满意度情况进行比较和分析.结果 观察组患者完全依从的比率为64.00％(32/50),总的依从率为94.00％(47/50),对照组分别为43.75％(21/48)、77.08％(37/48),两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);观察组患者不良反应总发生率为10.00％(5/50),对照组为25.00％(12/48),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者对护理服务的非常满意率为62.00％(31/50),总满意度为96.00％(48/50),对照组分别为35.42％(17/48)、81.25％(39/48),差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 基于IMB模型的护理策略有助于PICC患者换药依从性的改善,并发症的减少及满意度的提升.%Objective To explore the influence of nursing strategy based on IMB model on the effect of dressing compliance intervention in PICC patients.Methods From January,2017 to December,2018,98 patients treated with PICC for the first time in our hospital were selected.By randomized digital table method,the patients were randomly divided into an observation group (50 cases) and a control group (48 cases).The control group received general routine nursing;in addition,the observation group received nursing strategy based on IMB model.The dressing compliance,complications,and satisfaction in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The complete compliance rate and the total compliance rate were 64.00％ (32/50) and 94.00％ (47/50)in the observation group,and were 43.75％ (21/48) and 77.08％ (37/48) in the control group,with statistical differences (both P ＜ 0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00％ (5/50) in the observation group,and was 25.00％ (12/48) in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The very satisfied rate of nursing service and total satisfaction were 62.00％ (31/50) and 96.00％ (48/50) in the observation group,and were 35.42％ (17/48) and 81.25％ (39/48) in the control group,with statistical differences (both P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The nursing strategy based on IMB model contributes to the improvement of dressing compliance and satisfaction as well as the reduction of complications in PICC patients.
