6例人鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中多种背景免疫细胞的观察

摘要

目的 评估多种免疫细胞在人鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤微环境中的浸润密度及分布,对比不同免疫细胞在密度和分布上的特点和差异.方法 运用免疫组织化学技术对6例人鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤组织石蜡切片进行免疫细胞特定标记染色,统计CD20+B细胞、CD 138+浆细胞、CD15+中性粒细胞和CD68+单核/巨噬细胞的密度,分析其分布特点,并与对照组非肿瘤增生淋巴结和扁桃体组织进行对比.结果 6例人鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤组织中,CD68+单核/巨噬细胞和CD20+B淋巴细胞都呈现大量浸润,而中性粒细胞和浆细胞的数量较少.相比于淋巴结和扁桃体,鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤组织中B淋巴细胞和单核/巨噬细胞的分布都较广泛,缺少区域性聚集.结论 人鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤组织中,单核/巨噬细胞和B淋巴细胞数量较多,广泛浸润,可能与肿瘤细胞起相互作用.%Objective To observe the density and distribution of immune cells:B lymphocytes,plasma cells,neutrophils,and monocytes/macrophages in human nasal NK/T cell lymphoma microenvironment,and evaluate the differences among them.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the densities and distribution of CD20+ B cells,CD138+ plasma cells,CD15+ neutrophils,and CD68+ monocytes/macrophages in paraffin-embedded tissues from 6 nasal NK/T cell lymphoma patients.Non-tumor hyperplasia lymph nodes and tonsil tissues were used as control.Results In 6 cases of human nasal NK/T cell lymphoma,we found massive infiltration of monocytes/macrophages and B lymphocytes,while the contents of neutrophils and plasma cells were rather low.In contrast to those in lymph nodes and tonsils,B lymphocytes and monocytes/macrophages in NK/T cell lymphoma tissue were widely spread and lack of regional aggregation.Conclusion In human nasal NK/T cell lymphoma tissue,monocytes/macrophages and B lymphocytes are infiltrated widely.They may interact with tumor cells and influence tumor development.
