CT与MRI联合检查对晚期子宫内膜癌术前分期准确性的研究

摘要

Objective To explore the accuracy of CT and MRI combined examination in the preoperative staging of advanced endometrial carcinoma.Methods 160 patients with advanced endometrial carcinoma diagnosed in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2017 were studied.All the patients were confirmed by pathological examination.The CT examination was used as the control group,the combined diagnosis of CT and MRI was used as the study group.The symptoms,the preoperative staging,and the diagnostic accuracy of the two groups were compared.Results The manifestations of CT scan were mainly the enlargement of the uterine volume.The manifestations of MRI scan were mainly as follows:36 cases showed intrauterine mass.The proportion of stage Ⅲ c of the preoperative pathological stage in the study group and the control group was 31.25％ (25 cases) and 35％ (28 cases) (P＜0.05);the accuracy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (95％ vs.77.5％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of combined diagnosis of CT and MRI is higher in the preoperative staging of advanced endometrial carcinoma.%目的 探究CT与MRI联合诊断晚期子宫内膜癌患者术前分期的准确性.方法 选择2014年8月至2017年8月于本院诊治的160例晚期子宫内膜癌患者作研究对象,均经病理检查确诊,将单纯行CT检查作为对照组,行CT与MRI联合诊断作为研究组,比较两组征象表现及术前分期情况、诊断准确率.结果 CT扫描征象表现主要为子宫体积出现不同程度增大,MRI扫描征象表现主要为:36例表现出宫腔内肿块;研究组与对照组术前病理分期均以Ⅲc期所占比重分别为25例(31.25％)、28例(35.00％),Ⅲc期所占比重最高(P＜0.05);研究组分期准确率较对照组高(95.00％比77.50％,P＜0.05).结论 晚期子宫内膜癌术前分期以CT与MRI联合诊断准确率更高.
