Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atropine to penehyclidine hydrochloride sequential in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to investigate the clinical data of 150 patients with AOPP admitted to The Luo Ding People's Hospital from January 2009 to December 2012.The patients were divided into atropine to penehydidine hydrochloride sequential group,atropine group and penehyclidine hydrochloride group according to difference of anti-choline drugs using,with 50 cases in each group.The complication rate,hospital stay time,the cure rate and mortality rate in three groups were analyzed.Results In atropine to penehyclidine hydrochloride sequential group,the cure rate was 96％,hospital stay was (6.8 ± 1.9) days.In atropine group,the cure rate was 80％,the incidence of complications was 18％,the mortality rate was 10％,hospital stay was (10.3 ± 3.1) days.In penehyclidine hydrochloride group,the cure rate was 84％.The mortality rate was 16％,hospital stay was (7.9 ± 2.3) days.Compared with atropine group and penehyclidine hydrochloride group,atropine to penehyclidine hydrochloride sequential group had a low death rate,high care rate,less complications,short hospital days,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion In treatment of AOPP by atropine to penehyclidine hydrochloride sequential,curative effect was more significant,with fewer adverse reactions,short hospital stay,simple and worth for promotion.%目的 探讨阿托品-盐酸戊乙奎醚(卡托宁)序贯治疗急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)临床疗效.方法 对本院2009年1月至2012年12月收治的150 AOPP患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.依据抗胆碱药物的选择不同分为阿托品-长托宁序贯组,阿托品组,长托宁组,每组50例.分析3组治愈率、死亡率、住院时间、并发症的发生率.结果 阿托品-长托宁序贯组治愈率96％,住院时间(6.8±1.9)天,病死率4％,并发症发生率2％；阿托品组治愈率80％,住院时间(10.3±3.1)天,病死率10％,并发症发生率18％；长托宁组治愈率84％,住院时间(7.9±2.3)天,病死率16％,并发症发生率12％.与单用阿托品及长托宁比较,阿托品-长托宁序贯组病死率低,疗效高,并发症少,住院时间短,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 阿托品-长托宁序贯救治急性有机磷农药中毒疗效更加显著,不良反应少,简单易行,值得推广.
