Objective To explore the causes of nurse-patient disputes in the department of obstetrics and gynecology and to establish preventive measures.Methods 21 cases of nurse-patient disputes happened at the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital during the period of January 2009 to July 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.The major causes of nurse-patient disputes were analyzed and the reform measures for nursing were established.Results 12 of the 21 cases of nurse-patient disputes were due to poor communication skills in nurses,four were caused by lack of legal awareness in nurses,four were due to poor professional skills,and the remaining one was caused by an intern nurse.Conclusions There various causes of nurse-patient disputes in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Nurses shoult strengthen legal awareness,improve service attitude and professional level; and intern management of intern nurses needs to be regulated.%目的 探讨妇产科护患纠纷的发生原因,并提出防范措施.方法 对我院2009年1月至2012年7月我院妇产科发生的护患纠纷21例进行回顾性分析,分析导致护患纠纷的主要原因,并提出护理改革措施.结果 21例中有12例由护士沟通能力不足导致,4例由护士缺少法律意识导致,4例由护士操作业务不熟导致,1例由实习生导致.结论 导致妇产科护患纠纷的原因较多,需要护士强化法律意识,提高服务态度和业务水平,规范实习生管理工作.
