完善医院信息系统建设加强医院质量与安全

摘要

Medical quality and safety is the underlying baseline of hospital.This article analyzes the definition,content and goal of hospital information system.Using the practice of information system of Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center (ZOC),this article analyzes ZOC's experience in building the information system,taking patients primary index,electronic medical record,OA system,hospital resource planning,inventory bar code,etc.as examples,to demonstrate the importance of information system to medical quality and safety.It puts forward the significance of the construction and implementation of monitoring system based on information system.It explores the mechanism of effective medical quality and safety by providing a concrete and deep recognition and awareness of the importance of future intelligence hospital construction.%医疗质量与安全是医院的生命线.本文分析了医院信息化的定义、内涵和提高医疗质量与安全的建设目标,以中山眼科中心信息化建设实践为例,剖析了病人主索引、电子病历、OA系统、HRP、物资条形码管理等方面的信息化建设对提升医疗质量与安全的作用,提出了形成基于信息化平台的质量监控和改进系列机制的必要性和紧迫性,对医疗质量安全管理方面进行了有益探索,以期对数字化医院建设有比较全面和深入的认识.
