Objective To study clinical efficacy of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervicitis combined with human papilloma virus (HPV) infection.Methods 30 cases of cervicitis combined with HPV infection in outpatient of our hospital from January 2012 to February 2014 were divided into treatment group and control group according to the different methods of vaginal drug usage.Treatment group received Baofukang suppository vaginal medication,while control group received interferon suppository vagina medication.Compared clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3％,better than 73.3％ of control group,the recurrence rate of treatment group was 6.7％,lower than 33.3％ of control group,with statistically significant differences between two groups (x2=14.10,21.01;P＜0.05).There was statistically significant difference in RLU/CO value of HPV detection between two groups after treatment (t=2.08,P＜0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervicitis combined with HPV infection has obvious clinical effect,can effectively reduce the recurrence rate.%目的 观察保妇康栓治疗宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果.方法 对我院2012年1月至2014年2月门诊治疗的30例宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的患者展开临床治疗的研究,根据阴道用药方式的不同将其分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组行保妇康栓阴道给药治疗,对照组行干扰素栓阴道给药治疗;分析两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 治疗组患者治疗总有效率达93.3％优于对照组的73.3％;复发率为6.7％低于对照组的33.3％,组间比较x2=14.10、21.01;治疗后两组患者间的HPV检测RLU/CO值比较t=2.08;差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 保妇康栓对宫颈炎合并HPV感染的治疗具有明显的临床效果,有效降低复发率.
