胰腺囊性病变的CT诊断价值

摘要

目的 探讨螺旋CT胰腺囊性病变的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析CT扫描发现的36例胰腺囊性病变.结果 发现胰腺假性囊肿,良恶性囊腺瘤,实性假乳头状瘤,脉管瘤,恶性肿瘤囊变,囊性转移瘤的不同CT影像诊断特征.结论 了解胰腺囊性病变的CT特征可作出鉴别诊断,指导临床决策.%Objective To evaluate the clinical value of spiral CT scanning in the diagnosis of cystic lesions of the pancreas. Method 36 cases of pancreatic cystic lesions diagnosed by CT scan were retrospectively analyzed. Results CT recognized the different imaging features about pancreatic pseudocyst, benign-malignant pancreatic cystadenoma, solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas, vascular tumor, malignant pancreatic tumor, metastatic cystic lesions. Conclusion Mastering the CT features of pancreatic cystic lesions is helpful to the differential diagnosis.
