膜型-1-基质金属蛋白酶在骨代谢和口腔发育及疾病中的表达和作用

摘要

膜型(MT)-1-基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)是MMP家族中的一员,存在于破骨细胞和成骨细胞中,与骨代谢有着十分密切的联系.mt-1-mmp基因缺陷小鼠表现出明显的骨代谢异常,而诸多口腔疾病都与骨代谢异常密不可分.本文就MT-1-MMP的结构和功能、在骨代谢中的作用、在口腔发育及疾病中的作用等作一综述.%Membrane type (MT)-1-matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) is a member of MMP family. It has been found in osteeclasts and osteoblasts. It plays an important role on the bone metabolism. And mt-1-mmp-deficient mice develop serious disorder of bone metabolism.Various kinds of oral disease have connection with bone metabolism and MT-1-MMP. This article reviewed the structure and function of MT-1-MMP, and effects on bone metabolism, oral development and diseases.
