儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征认知功能障碍研究

摘要

儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是指睡眠过程中频繁发生部分或全部上气道阻塞,扰乱儿童正常通气和睡眠结构而引起的一系列病理生理变化.儿童OSAHS的间歇缺氧、睡眠片段化和代谢紊乱等,对患儿的生长发育和智力发育都会造成不可忽视的危害,影响儿童行为以及神经认知功能.本文就儿童OSAHS和认知功能障碍相关研究进展做一综述.%Obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome (OSAHS) is a series of pathophysiological changes caused by the frequent occurrence of partial or total upper airway obstruction during sleep.The intermittent hypoxia,sleep fragmentation and metabolic disorders of children with OSAHS,do harm to children's physical growth and mental development,affect child behavior and neurocognitive function,which can not be ignored.This paper gives a review of the recent development in cognitive disorder of children with obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome.
