胰腺导管腺癌是一种高死亡率的侵袭性恶性肿瘤。薄层多层CT是最有效的术前分期手段。标准化的报告模板能提供完整、准确、标准化的病变分期报告，从而有利于最佳治疗方案的选择，方便临床试验的设计实施和结果比较。解读美国腹部放射学会及美国胰腺协会关于胰腺癌放射学报告模板标准化的专家共识。%Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) is an invasive malignant tumor with high mortality rates. Thin-section multidetector computed tomography has been accepted as the most effective radiological technique for preoperative staging. A standardized radiological reporting template could provide a complete, accurate and standardized preoperative staging report. Thus, it will either facilitate the achievement of an optimal therapeutic strategy of PDA, or the designation, implementation and results comparison of clinical trials. We interpreted the concensus about PDA radiological template standardization from the Society of Abdominal Radiology and the American Pancreatic Association from a radiological perspective.
