Radiogenomics is an emerging research field. It integrates imaging features and gene expression of disease, building a certain correlation between them, and is one of the most promising research fields in medical research. The prognosis assessment of glioma is increasingly depended on gene expression profiles or molecular phenotype, when glioma diagnosis shifts from pathological to molecular diagnosis. By using radiogenomic method to predict molecular expression profiles with image data, prognosis of glioma can be predicted non-invasively. Radiogenomics of glioma as an important tool for achieving accurate diagnosis and precise treatment has become one of radiogenomic research focus in recent years.
