阿图什市2005-2011年内脏利什曼病病例流行病学分析

摘要

Objective To analyze current epidemiological situation of visceral leishmaniasis (VL) in Artux City,Xinjiang,China.Methods A retrospective review of VL cases notified between 2005 and 2011 in Artux City was made based on the passive surveillance data.The data were tabulated,diagrammatized and analyzed through descriptive statistics using SPSS 12.0 software to analyze the spatial,temporal and demographic distribution of the cases.Results A total of 66 VL cases occurred in this period.The number of cases occurred each year was 19,15,11,4,8,7 and 2,respectively.The cases were reported at all 7 townships and downtown. Most of the cases occurred in Azhak township (45.45％ ),Songtak township ( 19.70％ ) and downtown ( 15.15％ ).77.37％ of the cases occurred in age group of 1-15 year old.Male to female ratio was 1.54:1. Conclusion The number of VL ease decreased year by year in major endemic townships of Artux,Xinjiang.%目的 了解新疆阿图什市内脏利什曼病流行现状.方法 通过疾病疫情监测信息网报告系统获得2005- 2011年阿图什市内脏利什曼病病例信息,使用SPSS12.0软件统计分析病例的时间、空间和人群分布.结果 2005-2011年阿图什市共发生内脏利什曼病病例66例,各年的病例数依次为19、15、11、4、8、7和2例.全市7个乡和市区均有病例发生,但主要发生在阿扎克乡(45.45％)、松塔克乡(19.70％)和市区(15.15％).各年龄组均有病例发生,但以15岁及以下年龄为主(77.37％).男女病例之比为1.54∶1.结论 阿图什市内脏利什曼病发病率呈逐年下降之势
