某地区健康人群血清总胆红素参考值调查

摘要

目的 了解重庆地区健康人群血清总胆红素(TBIL)参考值水平.方法 采用Olympus AU5400型全自动生化仪配套使用和光(WAKO)试剂对31 596例健康体检者进行TBIL测定,按年龄、性别分组进行统计学分析,观察血清TBIL参考值的变化.结果 血清TBIL水平为(14.3±4.59)μmol/L,与试剂盒提供的参考值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).成年男性血清TBIL水平为(15.15±4.77)μmol/L,成年女性为(12.46±4.13)μmol/L.不同性别间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同年龄间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 重庆地区健康人群血清TBIL水平与原参考值比较,发生了较大改变,建议各地实验室根据该地区的性别、年龄建立各自的参考值.%Objective To investigate the reference value of serum total bilirubin (TBIL) for healthy people in Chongqing . Methods Full-automatic AU5400 biochemistry instrument and WAKO reagent were utilized for the detection of TBIL in 31 596 healthy subjects . Detection results were statistically analyzed according to age and gender of all subjects .Results Serum TBIL level was (14 .3+4 ,59)μmol/L , which was statistically different with the reference value based on the kit (P<0 .05) .Serum TBIL level of a-dult male was (15 .15+4 .77)μmol/L , which was statistically different with (12 .46 + 4 .13)μmol/L of adult female (P<0 .05) . But there was no statistical difference between different age groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Reference value of TBIL for Chongqing area might be different with original reference value . Reference value of TBIL should be constructed according to gender and age in different regions .
