美沙拉嗪联合培菲康对溃疡性结肠炎患者免疫功能及炎性因子的影响

摘要

目的 探究美沙拉嗪联合培菲康对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者免疫功能及炎性因子的影响.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年1月接受治疗的UC患者80例,按随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例.对照组服用美沙拉嗪,研究组在对照组基础上加服培菲康,比较两组临床疗效、血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平及不良反应发生情况.结果 研究组治疗后的总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组的临床症状评分均显著下降(P＜0.05),且研究组下降幅度更大,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗前两组的IgA、IgG、IgM水平差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而治疗后两组的IgA、IgG水平均显著下降(P＜0.05),且研究组下降幅度更大,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗前两组的TNF-α、IL-10水平差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而治疗后两组的TNF-α水平均显著下降,IL-10则显著上升(P＜0.05),且研究组变化幅度更大,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组的不良反应发生情况的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 美沙拉嗪联合培菲康治疗UC患者较单用美沙拉嗪的疗效更显著,不良反应少,安全有效,临床上值得推广.%Objective This paper investigates the effects of mesalazine combined with bifico on the immune function and inflammatory factors of ulcerative colitis patients.Methods Eighty patients with ulcerative colitis treated from Jan.2015 to Jan.2016 were assigned to the control group and the research group,forty patients each.The control group was given mesalazine,while the research group was treated with bifico.The clinical efficacy,serum levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,TNF-α,IL-10 and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the research group was found to be significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The clinical symptoms scores of the two groups were significantly decreased (P＜0.05),and those of the study group decreased greater (P＜0.05).Before treatment,the IgA,IgG,and IgM levels of two groups had no significant difference (P＞0.05).However,after treatment,the IgA and IgG levels were significantly decreased (P＜0.05),and those of the study group decreased greater (P＜0.05).Before treatment,the TNFα and IL-10 levels of the two groups had no significant difference (P＞0.05).However,after treatment,the TNF-α levels of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the IL-10 levels were significantly increased (P＜0.05),with the study group increasing more significantly (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Compared with mesalazine alone,mesalazine combined with bifico has more remarkable curative effect and less adverse reaction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.This method is safe and effective,worthy to be popularized clinically.
