长链非编码RNA在脑缺血中的作用

摘要

长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度超过200 nt但缺少完整开放阅读框的RNA,通过多种基因表达调控机制参与多种生物学过程,并与多种疾病的发生和发展相关.研究表明,脑缺血时脑组织lncRNA的表达发生显著改变,并参与了脑缺血的病理生理学过程.文章就近年来有关lncRNA在脑缺血中的作用进行了综述,期望为今后缺血性卒中的预防、诊断及治疗提供新的思路和策略.%Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is a kind of RNA whose length exceeds 200 nt,but lacks a complete open reading frame.It participates in many biological processes through a variety of regulation mechanisms of gene expression and is also related to the occurrence and development of many diseases.Studies have shown that the expression of lncRNA in brain tissue changes significantly during cerebral ischemia,and participates in the pathophysiological process of cerebral ischemia.This article reviews the roles of lncRNA in cerebral ischemia in recent years,hoping to provide new ideas and strategies for the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of ischemic stroke in the future.
