By using video compression , wireless transmission , remote monitoring technology installed video surveillance system of wireless network to pry , the paper implements oilfield management personnel to supervise operation status , the oil well construction operations , prevents and puts an end to the illegal construction and illegal operations phenomenon , which ensures safety in production and the oil field assets .%无线网络撬装视频监控系统利用视频压缩、无线传输、远程监控等技术，实现油田管理人员对现场油井运行状况、施工作业进行监控和管理，预防和杜绝现场违章施工或违规操作等现象发生，保证油井现场资产、生产安全。
