Objective To evaluate the mini timer in insulin injection with the insulin pen. Methods Totally 180 diabetic patients with insulin injection treatment by a insulin pen were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 90 cases in each group. The duration of hypodermic injection was counted by oral account in the control group, and the duration of hypodermic injection was measured by a mini timer. The incidence of leakage of two groups was compared. Results The incidence of leakage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group under the circumstance of injection dose over 20 U (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion The mini timer can reduce the risk of leakage by reminding users of hypodermic injection duration.%目的 观察迷你计时器在胰岛素笔注射患者中的应用效果.方法选取内分泌科2018年7月—12月住院使用胰岛素笔注射的糖尿病患者180例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各90例.对照组按照传统口述数字法计注射后皮下停留的时间,观察组采用迷你计时器计时,比较2组注射后的针头漏液发生率.结果 不同注射剂量下观察组针头漏液率均低于对照组,其中＞20U剂量条件下,2组针头漏液率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 迷你计时器的应用可准确提醒胰岛素注射笔皮下停留的时间,减少针头漏液情况的发生.
