6例难治性类风湿血管炎多发皮肤溃疡的护理体会

摘要

目的 对6例难治性类风湿血管炎(RV)患者多发皮肤溃疡的护理进行总结,探讨护理对策.方法 回顾性分析2012年9月-2016年1月住院的6例RV合并多发皮肤溃疡患者的临床资料.针对该病患者皮肤溃疡的发病特点,对患者进行皮肤溃疡局部处理、用药护理、心理护理和随访干预.结果 6例患者的皮肤溃疡在8~15个月内完全愈合.随访0.5~2年,6例患者均无复发血管炎相关皮肤损害.结论 难治性RV多发皮肤溃疡病程长,病情重,容易复发,恰当的溃疡局部处理、用药护理心理护理和随访干预,能促进患者皮肤溃疡愈合,改善预后.%Objective To summarize the nursing management of skin ulcer in six patients with rheumatoid vasculitis (RV).Methods To retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 6 RV patients with multiple skin ulcer.Nursing interventions on local skin of ulcer, medication, psychological care and follow-up intervention were carried out.Results The skin ulcer in six patients had healed up between 8 and 15 months after treatment.There was no recurrent skin injury after 0.5 to 2 years follow-up.Conclusion It is required to carry out nursing interventions on local skin of ulcer, medication, psychological care and follow-up for RV patients with multiple skin ulcer, in order to promote wound healing and prognosis of disease.
