异形瓶装溶液内杂质的机器视觉在线检测系统

摘要

为了满足酒类、饮料等生产线对产品质量检测环节提出的更高要求,文中针对于异形瓶装溶液内杂质,研制了一种机器视觉在线检测系统,详细阐述了系统的组成原理和硬件结构方案,介绍了关键算法与软件工作流程.%With alcohol, beverages and other industries increasingly focus on the personality of the product packaging, a large-scale of contour bottles are used,the market has become diversified. But it also requires a higher demand of detection links. Aiming at the irregular bottled solution impurities, this paper developed a machine vision on-line detection system. The paper elaborated on the principle and hardware architecture scheme of the system,and introduced the key algorithm and software flow chart.
