基于LabVIEW的气体传感器程控标定系统

         

摘要

针对危化品运输安全性和气体传感器可靠性不高的问题,组建了一套用于半导体气体传感器的程控标定系统.该系统采用PCI-6208 D/A卡和PCI-9114 A/D卡实现对MFC(质量流量控制器)闭环控制,确保快速响应,精确配气.可对由3支气体传感器构成的阵列进行多种工作模式的标定.给出了系统的总体方案,构建了系统模型,阐述了系统硬件和软件的设计结构.软件分析及测试结果表明:系统运行稳定,为探测器生产厂家提供了理想的测试工具,有效地支持了产品的批量生产.%In view of the problem of low reliability in security of dangerous chemicals transportation and gas sensors, a programmable calibration system for semiconductor gas sensors was constructed. By using the PCI -6208 card and PCI -9114 card, the system realized the MFC closed-loop control, ensured rapid response and precise gas mixture. It can calibrate a sensor array consisted of three sensors operated in different models at the same time. This paper presented the system's general scheme, constructed the system model and described hardware and software design of the system. The software analysis and hardware implementation results prove the system operates steadily. It provided an ideal testing tool for the detector manufacturer, and effectively support the products of batch production.
