光栅位移传感器在高压开关机构位移测量中的应用

摘要

This paper used grating displacement sensor to measure (he displacement of high-voltage switch mechanism,according to the principle of Moire fringe measurement, and then through the high-speed ADC to acquire data. This paper used DSP for signal processing and proposed a new method of displacement measurement which can be done to speed identification and count measurements.%针对高压开关机构位移测量,采用计量光栅位移情感嚣,根据莫尔条纹原理测量机械位移,进而通过高速ADC进行数据采集,利用DSP采进行信号处理；同时提出了一种新的位移测量方法,可以完成高速鉴向和计数测量.与老式的测量方法相比,大大提高了精度.
