发动机气缸盖与气缸套温度场测试系统

         

摘要

发动机在稳定工况运行时,气缸内气体温度呈现剧烈周期性变动,气缸盖也将发生一定的温度波动.以某柴油发动机气缸盖和气缸套温度场分布规律为研究对象,采用存储测试技术设计了体积小、输入通道多、同步性好、精度高的温度测试系统.准确可靠的测试数据能够为柴油发动机的可靠性研究,发动机的设计、改进和验收提供依据.%When the diesel engine runs in steady condition,gas temperature in the cylinder varies periodically,and temperature in cylinder head will also vary periodically. The temperature field distribution rule of a certain diesel engine cylinder head and cylinder liner was the research object. This paper used storage test technology to design temperature testing system which has the advantage of small volume,input multi-channel,synchronicity and high precision. Accurate and reliable test data can provide the basis for reliability research,design,improvement and acceptance of diesel engine.
