虚拟仪器测量系统中的信号采集与处理

摘要

文中对基于虚拟仪器圆度和圆柱度测量系统中的数据采集和信号处理进行研究.利用LabVIEW 8.6作为软件开发平台,以PCI-6010数据采集卡、CWY - DO -502电涡流位移传感器以及配套的前置器作为数据采集与处理系统,实现数据的采集、滤波、数据转换,并采用误差分离技术对数据进行处理.此系统作为圆度和圆柱度测量系统中的一个子系统.实验表明:LabVIEW用于数据采集和信号处理,具有程序设计简单、通用性好、人机界面友好,可操作性强等优点.%A data acquisition and signal processing system of a virtual instrument for measurement of cylindricity and roundness was developed with LabVIEW 8. 6 platform. This system mainly consisted of a data acquisition card NI PCI -6010,electricity eddy displacement sensor CWY - DO -502,which realized the functions of data acquisition,signal filtering and data processing by application of error separation technology( EST) to process data. This system was applied for measurement of roundness and cylindrical degree. The experiment shows that the data acquisition and signal processing system based on LabVIEW provides the advantages of simple programming, good commonality .friendly interface and easy operability ,etc.
