高速列车车下设备振动加速度无线测试仪

摘要

High-speed trains are totally enclosed trains. This paper introduced the design of the wireless test instruments of vibration acceleration at the bottom equipment of high-speed train based on Zigbee low power comsumption wireless communication module JN5139 and C8051F023 MCU.and is specially aimed at collecting vibration accelaration data. The paper presented detailed description and illustration on wireless communication module,antialiasing wave filter, A/D conversion,clock circuit,high-capacity data storage systems,and so on. This test shows the detection system can achieve the performance of high-speed trains acceleration detection, which is a very effective system.%针对高速列车是全封闭式的动车,介绍了基于Zigbee低功耗无线通信模块JN5139和C8051F023单片机为基础,用于采集高速列车车下设备振动加速度无线测试仪的设计,详细阐述了无线通信模块、抗混叠滤波、A/D转化、时钟电路、大容量数据存储系统等功能模块的硬件设计以及相互之间软件逻辑控制.试验表明该测试仪能实现高速列车车下设备振动加速度检测功能,是非常有效的测试系统.
