基于嵌入式技术的太阳电池I-V性能测试仪

         

摘要

设计了一款基于嵌入式技术的手持式太阳电池I-V性能测试仪.该测试仪以ARM920体系芯片S3C2440为核心,通过采集太阳电池电压、电流、光强和温度4路信号并通过对信号数据的处理,测得太阳能电池开路电压、短路电流、最佳工作点、串联电阻、并联电阻、电池效率等关键参数,并在触摸屏上实时显示I-V曲线.目前该项目已完成系统硬件设计与调试和测试界面程序的设计.调试结果表明系统工作稳定,系统功耗小.界面简洁、运行流畅、操作简单.%This paper designed a handheld I - V curve tester for solar cells based on embedded technology. This tester used the S3C2440 included in the ARM920 architecture as the core,and collected four signals from solar cells,voltage,current,light intensity and temperature. After the processing on the data,the tester exported the key parameters,such as open circuit voltage,short circuit current, the best operating point, the series resistance, parallel resistance, cell efficiency, and painted Ⅰ - Ⅴ curve timely on touch screen. At present,the design of the hardwere and interface of the system has been finished. The result shows that the tester has the advantages of stable performance and lower power consumption,friendly interface,smooth and simple operation.
