以SPCE061A单片机作核心控制器件,以数控电流源作电子负载,以脉冲氙灯作太阳模拟光源,采用输出电流/测量电压的测试方法,设计了一种新型太阳电池测试仪.软件设计完成对采集到的电流、电压等数据进行处理;可以显示被测电池的I/V曲线及VOC、ISC、PM、VM、IM等参数;还可以把数据以图形和表格的形式打印.测试精度为0.1%,电流量程为0~2 A、0~10 A可选.该设计结构简单,性价比高,特别适合对单体太阳电池进行测试.%This paper designed a new type of solar cell tester,it took SPCE06IA MCU as controller With this tester, Ⅳ measurement system for solar cell,based on numerical controlled current source load and pulse xenon lamp light used as light source for solar simulation was described. The system software was designed for calculation and compensation. And lV curve and parameters of cell under test, for example Voc ,lse , PM , VM , IM , etc. can be presented on screen with the option for printing under form of graphics and Lahle. The design is simple , cost-effective , and particularly suitable for testing on a single solar cell.
