道路模拟试验载荷谱的采集、处理与应用

摘要

This paper presented the load spectrum of an off-road vehicle obtained from a standard proving ground testing , using random vibration and spectral analysis theory. The pretreatment included outliers excluding, tendency eliminating, stability test ,sample selection and low pass filtering, etc. Then , it gave examples of the compression and extrapolation of load spectrum , based on rain-flow counting. Finally, based on target association model, superposition and reconstruction was finished. This research result can prepare the ground for laboratory road simulation test in further step.%对实测的某型越野车辆在试验场采集的载荷谱,应用随机振动和谱分析理论等进行了剔除异常点、消除趋势项、平稳性检验、样本选择和低通滤波等处理,然后基于雨流统计对载荷谱进行了压缩,对压缩后的雨流均幅值矩阵进行了强化外推和基于目标关联模型的比例叠加,最后对叠加后的雨流均幅值矩阵进行了时域重构,得到了用于试验室的道路模拟试验目标载荷谱,为进行试验室车辆道路模拟试验奠定了技术基础.
