超高速卷接机控制系统实验研究平台构建及上位机通讯

     

摘要

Cigarette Making Machine is the key equipment of Tobacco Machinery. The high-speed Cigarette Making Machine Control System research platform based on PC was designed to meet the requirements of the control system' s high-speed performance. The communication principles and methods between the controller based on TwinCAT and host computer were emphatically analyzed. The GUI based on multi-view of single document was designed by VC + + 6.0. The platform can achieve the research on motion control, temperature control, logic control and communications of the control system. The GUI friendly interface, runs stable, and can continue to improve with the increasing functions of the platform.%卷接机是烟草机械中的关键设备,针对卷接机在超高速情况下对控制系统性能提出的要求,构建了基于PC技术的超高速卷接机控制系统实验研究平台,着重分析了基于TwinCAT的控制器与上位机通讯的原理及方法,开发了基于VC ++6.0的单文档多视图上位机界面.该平台能完成超高速卷接机中的运动控制、温度控制、逻辑控制以及控制器与上位机通讯等相关方面的实验研究,软件界面友好,运行稳定,功能扩展性强,达到了预期目标.
