CMOS集成温度传感器的外围数字电路设计

     

摘要

According to demand for low power,high integration and flexibility of CMOS temperature sensor,one scheme of peripheral digital circuit was introduced for CMOS integrated temperature sensor. Design and simulation were made according to various modules in the scheme;finally it was downloaded in FPGA,and analysed via Signal Tap Ⅱ. The design was verified in function and time sequence.%针对CMOS温度传感器对低功耗、高集成和灵活性的要求,介绍了一个CMOS集成温度传感器的外围数字电路框架,针对框架内不同的模块电路进行设计并仿真,最后下载到FPGA上并借助Signal TapⅡ工具实现硬件分析.在功能和时序方面验证了该设计的正确性.
