Modbus/TCP协议在抛光粉生产监控系统的应用

摘要

Modbus/TCP protocol was analyzed. The communication between kingview and ADAM6000 module was realized by using Modbus/TCP. On the one hand,the system carried out real-time monitoring of the entire production line. On the other hand, it controlled field devices independently to realize decentralized control and centralized management. Meanwhile, the system used optical fiber communication to simplify wiring and save cost. In practical application, the system is a rational design and stable operation.%分析了Modbus/TCP协议,利用Modbus/TCP协议实现组态王和ADAM6000模块间的通信.设计了抛光粉厂生产线监控系统,该系统一方面对整个生产线进行实时监测,另一方面对现场设备进行独立控制,使系统分散控制、集中管理,同时系统采用光纤通信,简化布线、节约成本.实际应用表明设计合理,系统运行稳定.
