基于Modbus控制网络的灯具配光性能检测方法研究

     

摘要

Optical properties is a key eligibility criterion in lamps test,in older to improve its detection efficiency and network performance in the process of lamps' optical properties, an automatic detection method based on the Modbus protocol was designed. A host computer was used to process some digital documents of lamp national standards in a costumed format and send some special control data information to another microcontroller through a Modbus communication interface, so this microcontroller can directly drive some executive modules of the lamps workstation in limited X,Y and Z coordinate directions to specific coordinate locations, with this.it can detect of all specific lamp brightness data in different coordinate locations for this optical performance detection and drawing some real-time light test curves, following this applied Modbus protocol, a communication contact can be built with other smart devices in this same Modbus control network. The actual test shows it is a simple and reliable method with a high resolution and detection speed.%配光性能是灯具合格性检测的关键标准之一,为了提高灯具配光性能检测效率和网络化能力,设计了一种基于Modbus协议的配光性能自动检测方法.采用上位机分析处理自定义格式的国家配光标准规范数字化文件,通过Modbus 总线通信接口向下位微控制器发出控制数据信息,以直接驱动灯具工作台X,Y,Z坐标方向上的执行机构至规定位置,获取灯具不同位置的光度数据并实时绘制出光度检测曲线,通信协议遵循Modbus协议通信规约,可与Modbus协议控制网络中的其他智能装置实现通信.在实际测试中,具有简单可靠、运动分辨率高、检测速度快等优点.
