针对当前仓储安全性低,缺乏实时性的问题,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的有源RFID标签,并将其应用于智能仓储中.标签采用MMA7260Q加速度传感器采集货物的安全状况,DHT11温湿度传感器采集库区环境状况,并使用CC2530作为处理器和射频收发器实现对货物的有效监控.系统监控中心采用QT设计,并内置了SQLite数据库,实现了对仓储状况的显示和存储.系统测试表明:标签采集数据准确有效,对货物监控的实时性和鲁棒性强,可以进一步提高仓储管理的有效性.%For the problems,low security,lack of real-time in warehouse,this paper designed an active RFID tags based on ZigBee technology and applied it to smart storage.The label used MMA7260Q acceleration sensor to collect goods' security situation,applied DHT11 temperature and humidity sensors to collect warehouse's environmental conditions,and used CC2530 as processor and RF transceiver to achieve effective monitoring of goods.System monitoring center took QT to design and used built-in SQLite database,can display and store system's data.System test show that the label gather data accurately and effectively,monitor goods with strong real-time and robustness,can further improve effectiveness of warehouse management.
