超声探伤仪收发电路的改进研究

         

摘要

针对现有超声探伤系统电路复杂、设计成本高的缺点,提出了一种以12 V电源供电的超声谐振发射电路,设计实现了以谐振接收、差分可变增益放大以及峰值保持的回波处理硬件电路设计.系统采用2.5M超声探伤传感器.实验表明,系统性能稳定,精度高,成本低,有广阔的应用前景.%Considering the disadvantages of present ultrasonic detection system,such as complexity circuit system,high design costs,and put forward a transmitting circuit by using 12 V single power source circuit.The design achieved echo signal processing of ultrasonic detection with resonant receiver,differential variable gain amplifier and peak hold.The system adopted ultrasonic sendreceive sensor of 2.5 M.The experiment results show that this system has more stable performance,higher precision and lower cost than the present system has.Thus,the system has broad application prospects.
