针对无刷直流电机转子位置检测方法中应用最广泛的反电势过零检测方法,讨论了90电角度相移滤波存在的不足,给出了一种无需深度滤波,并由软件滤除换相续流产生的干扰信号的方法,增大了反电势法在电机控制中的调速范围,并且在一定程度上减小了换相点测算不精确带来的转矩脉动,试验验证了这一方法的正确性和有效性.%For the detection of zero crossing point(ZCP) of back-electromotive force(EMF) which is most widely applied in detecting for rotor position of the brushless DC motor (BLDCM),the shortage of 90 electrical angle phase filter was discussed.A method without depth filtering was proposed.Software algorithm filtered the interference signal from commutation in this method.It can widen the speed control range and reduce the torque ripples which were brought by the inaccurate of commutation point.Experiments prove the effectiveness and validity of this method.
