在超声波应用中,超声波传播时间的测量精度非常关键.提出了基于STM32F103单片机和TDC-GP21芯片的超声波传播时间测量方案和一种提高过零点检测精度的测量原理及高信噪比过零点选择比较电路.系统实现的时间检测精度为10 ns量级.%The measurement accuracy of transmission time of ultrasonic wave is very serious for ultrasonic applications.Based on the STM32F103 single-chip microcomputer and TDC-GP21 ultrasonic transmission time survey scheme,this paper presented a zero detection principle that is used to enhance the test accuracy,and a zero comparator with high signal-to-noise ratio.The realized accuracy of the system is around 10 ns.
