基于FPGA的低功耗等效数据采样装置

         

摘要

A novel,low power consumption,high resolution data acquisition device was introduced.reported.It based on the proposed fast compare network and utilized the differential I/O feature and inner digital delay-locked loops of FPGA,realized an equivalent 800 MHz sampling rate in the absence of high-speed analog-to-digital converter.Experiments were carried out to verify the performance of the device.And it shows the device has the merit of low power consumption,high integration level,extendable structure and so on,and has broad application prospects in compact,low power consumption,long time field working product.%介绍一种基于FPGA的低功耗、高分辨率数据采样装置.该装置不采用通用高速模数转换器件,通过设计快速比较器,利用FPGA差分输入特性和内部延时锁相环路实现800 MHz速率等效采样.测试结果表明:装置具有功耗低、集成度高、可扩展等特点,可用于便携、低功耗、长期野外作业产品领域.
