便携式pH计的研制

     

摘要

针对目前国内pH计体积大、精度不高的现状,文中设计了一种基于专门为pH计设计的可编程模拟前端TMP91200的便携式pH计.在深入研究电位法测试pH原理的基础上,研制了基于TMP91200的具有自动温度补偿,可存储数据的低功耗、高精度的便携式pH计.系统采用模块化设计来提高pH计的可靠性,每一功能模块都本着低功耗、高精度的设计思路,使整个系统实现了高精度与低功耗的结合.实验结果表明,这款便携式pH计精度已经达到±0.02 pH.%To counter the condition of bulky and inaccuracy,this paper designed a portable pH meter,based on a programmable analog front end which specifically for pH meter TMP91200.After deeply analyzing the principle for measuring pH with potentiometry,the paper presentd a low-power-consumption and high-precision portable pH meter which based on TMP91200,having functions of automatic temperature compersation and data storage.The system used the modularizing design to improve the reliability of the pH meter.Every functional module adopted low-power-consumption and high-precision design which made the whole system to achieve the perfect combination of low-power-consumption and high-precision.The laboratorial experiment results show that this portable pH meter' s precision is 0.02 pH.
