Residual organophosphorus pesticides,such as dichlovoros,parathion and methidathion, in aquatic matrices were detected by micro preconcentrator-ion mobility spectrometer. Differences of detection in slow and fast thermal desorption mode of preconcentrator were studied by controlling the temperature of preconcentrator during desorption. The results show that under the slow thermal desorption mode, the time of achieving maximum peak intensity for dichlovoros is obviously shorter than that for parathion and methidathion, and the detection sensitivity of methidathion in mixture increases 1. 4 fold with the fast thermal desorption mode.%采用微型预富集器-离子迁移率谱仪检测水中敌敌畏、对硫磷和杀扑磷等有机磷农药残留;利用微型预富集器温度易于控制的特性,研究快速升温和缓慢升温两种解吸方式对有机磷检测的影响.测定微型预富集器在快速升温和缓慢升温两种解吸方式下温度的变化,讨论两种解吸方式下不同挥发性有机磷农药的特征离子峰高变化过程.结果表明:缓慢升温时敌敌畏的最大峰值出现时间与杀扑磷和对硫磷相比差别较大,有利于区分混合样品中不同被测物;而快速升温使杀扑磷的检测灵敏度提高到缓慢升温的1.4倍.
