基于8254芯片的电磁流量计标定装置

摘要

This paper designed a calibration device for calibrating electromagnetic flowmeter by wet calibration before it leaves the factory or after repair. This device included PCI acquisition card and the corresponding software. This device simultaneously collects the signal timing circuits and counts circuits. The data is accurate, circuit is simple, expansibility is well and anti-interference ability is well. After putting into practice: this device achieves JJG requirements and can calibration electromagnetic flowmeter accurately. It can fully meet the requirement of the enterprise.%文中采用湿法标定结合8254芯片设计一套对电磁流量计出厂前或者维修后的标定装置,包括PCI2.0采集卡和配套软件.该套装置采用硬件计时同步计数电路,采样数据准确、电路简洁、可扩展性好、抗干扰能力强.经过实践证明:该装置达到了检定规程要求,可以准确的标定电磁流量计,完全可以满足企业的使用需求.
