便携式隐藏焊缝超声检测系统设计

     

摘要

As there is no technology to test the frame number area hidden weld rapidly and accurately,a portable ultrasonic in-spection system based on C8051F360 was designed by using techniques of ultrasonic nondestructive testing.By means of ultrasonic testing hidden weld to identify frame number area, the system had the advantages of small size,simple operation.By using high-fre-quency ultrasound full wave signal and digital processing system for real time processing of digital signal acquisition ,the system de-tected the frame number area which was tampered according to the alarm system response.The method was proved in the laboratory, and achieved good results,it can quickly and efficiently identify counterfeit marks frame number area.%针对现有技术无法快速、准确对车架号码区域隐藏焊缝进行检测的现状,采用超声波无损检测技术设计一套基于C8051F360的便携式超声检测系统。通过超声检测隐藏焊缝的方式对车架号码区域进行篡改鉴别,系统体积小、操作简单。检测系统通过高频超声全波信号采集,及数字处理系统对采集的信号实时处理,根据报警系统响应情况检测出车架号码区域是否经过篡改。该方法已在实验室得到验证,取得了良好效果,可快速有效识别出伪造车架号码区域的痕迹。
