基于PSoC的定频调幅式电涡流传感器的设计

             

摘要

针对煤矿提升系统闸间隙监测保护中存在的问题,结合电涡流测量原理、可编程片上系统(PSoC)和定频调幅式电路的特点,设计了一种基于PSoC的调幅式电涡流传感器。给出了系统设计方案,在PSoC芯片上实现了信号发生、幅值放大、整流、AD转换以及CAN通讯等功能,详细阐述了其软硬件逻辑设计。%Aiming at some existing problems in brake clearance monitoring and protection in coal mine hoisting system ,com-bined with the eddy current measuring principle , characteristics of Programmable System on Chip ( PSoC )and fixed-frequency modulation circuit ,a kind of amplitude modulated eddy current sensor based on PSoC was designed .The design of the system was given,and functions were fulfilled on one single PSoC ,including signal generator,amplitude amplification,rectification,AD conver-sion and CAN communication ,and the logic design of hardware and software was described in detail .
