非本征法布里-珀罗腔光纤压力传感器研究进展

     

摘要

基于敏感 Fabry-Perot 腔测量外界应变的光纤传感器近年来得到广泛的研究,介绍了国内外非本征 Fabry-Perot腔光纤压力传感器发展的进程及实用化过程中迫切需要解决的关键问题,如传感器结构设计、敏感材料的选择,初始腔长的选择与控制,静态工作点的选择与自补偿等。%Optical fiber sensors based on sensitive Fabry-Perot cavity have been widely investigated,which can be used to meas-ure outside strains.The development process of extrinsic Fabry-Perot cavity optical fiber pressure sensors and some critical problems needed to be solved in practice were all introduced.These problems are relevant to the structure design of sensors,such as selecting sensitive material,selecting original cavity length and its control,and positing static operation point and its self-compensation.
