基于微流体脉冲驱动控制技术的导线印制系统的设计

     

摘要

To meet the needs of the conductor printing,a conductor printing system was proposed,which was applied to the metallic nanoparticle inks.The system was based on the pulse driving&controlling of micro-fluids technology.The control circuit of this system was constructed on the Nios II-based SOPC system,which aimed at extracting and processing drawing information,and controlling micro nozzle and planar worktable.Experiments show that this system has good stability and applicability,the width of the conductor prints can be 300 μm,and the precision is up to 10 μm.%为满足导线印制的需要,提出了一种适用于新型纳米银墨水的导线印制系统设计方案。该方案以微流体脉冲驱动控制技术为基本原理,建立了基于Nios II的SOPC控制系统,实现了图形信息的提取和处理、微喷嘴和工作台控制。实验表明采用该方案设计的导线印制系统可印制线宽为300μm的导线,印制精度达到10μm;系统具有良好的稳定性和适用性。
