基于ARM-Linux的便携式红外测油仪的设计

         

摘要

Due to traditional oil content instrumentation is in-large volume and also requires host computer ,a portable infrared oil content analyzer based on ARM-Linux was developed in this paper.S3C2440 was used as the main controller.The LCD was used as display that depends on MiniGui graphical user interface in an open-source Linux system.By the LCD touch screen,it can control the whole instrument,such as collection,storage and display.The system consists of light source,spectrum module,signal acquisition module,A/D converter module and the ARM control module.In order to improve the detection precision and signal an-ti-interference ability,lock-in amplifier technology was used in signal modulation modules.The new equipment is small ,highly sta-ble,and has high repeatability and high repeatability.It is in line with national standards and is very hopeful in application.%针对传统油类分析检测仪器体积大,需要上位机进行协作的特点,研制了基于ARM-Linux的便携式红外测油仪。该仪器采用S3C2440为主控器,在嵌入式Linux系统下开发了MiniGUI图形用户界面,通过液晶触摸屏来实现对仪器的控制、采集、存储和显示。该系统的硬件由光源、分光模块、信号调制采集模块,A/D转换模块和ARM控制处理模块组成。为了提高信号的精度和采集的抗干扰能力,信号调制模块采用了锁相放大技术,从而获得了较好的检测结果。设计的仪器体积小、稳定性高、重复性好、操作简单、符合国家标准,具有较好的推广价值。
