多通道数字化离子阱质谱仪测控系统研制

         

摘要

为了提高离子阱质谱仪的质谱分析性能,提出了一种基于多通道离子阱质谱仪的测控系统的软硬件设计方案。该测控系统采用ARM芯片S3C6410完成质谱分析的数据采集以及与计算机间的通信功能,采用可编程逻辑器件FPGA完成对质量分析过程的时序控制。通过对多通道离子阱数据的同时处理,该测控系统帮助离子阱质谱仪实现更高的质量分辨能力。%In order to improve the performance of the ion trap mass spectrometer,the hardware and software design of measure-ment and control system based on a multiplexed ion trap mass spectrometer was proposed in this paper.In the measurement and control system,an ARM processor was adopted to realize data acquisition during the mass spectrometry analysis and communication with the computer.Programmable logic devices were used to complete sequential control of the process of mass analysis.By dealing with the data of multiplexed ion trap at the same time,the measurement and control system helps the ion trap mass spectrometer to achieve higher resolution.
